As mentioned at the dinner, photos are gratis of the FW-PHA this year. If you would like a full resolution digital copy of a photo emailed to you, please email thru my website and I will send you the photo. Most photos were taken at wide angles to show the wonderful scene set up that Scott Tarter and crew put time and work into. You may crop, print and do as you please with the images from this dinner. If you would prefer to purchase prints from me, they are of course available just as all other photos on my website are.

IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ
Thank you to all of my customers for your continued support. I am very grateful for your previous and future purchases.
The purpose of my website is to provide quick and easy viewing of photos in the hope that visitors to my website will enjoy my photos and make periodic purchases. Unfortunately, there are many visitors to my website that I have been taking photos of regularly for several years that have not made any purchases, and many of which have been taking photos from my website and posting them illegally on Facebook and such. Hence, I will no longer be taking photos of everyone at the horse shows as in the past. I will of course continue taking photos of previous and what I consider potential new customers. If I have seen and taken photos of you on a regular basis for several years and you have not made any purchases during that time or I have found that you have used my photos on Facebook, in sales ads, etc. without purchasing the photos, I will no longer be taking photos of you until some type of purchase of a previously taken photo is made. If I find out that you have posted a photo on Facebook or used it in any manner without purchasing it, beginning August 1, 2011, I will be sending out invoices for such photos, If the invoice is not paid within 10 days, I will begin taking legal action.

Photos may be found by looking in the gallery menu at the top left of the page. Shows are listed by date and location. Within each show folder there is a list of divisions to make searching for photos easier. Please scroll over the thumbnails and then click on the photo to see an enlargement.
Photos are uploaded to the website for viewing at a low resolution and may not be downloaded or duplicated in any form wthout my express permission. This includes usage on Facebook, My Space, etc. Anyone found to have downloaded a photo from my website and published it on Facebook and such will be issued an invoice for $100.00 for unauthorized usage of each photo. Invoices not paid within 10 days will be filed with my attorney for prosecution to the full extent of copyright infringement laws. I will also notify Facebook, My Space, etc., that an unauthorized image of mine has been posted and your account could be closed should you not remove the image immediately. All images are the property of Richard Killian Photography and any usage made without my permission is subject to prosecution.
